Are you looking for a new challenging administration position where you get to be in charge of your own office space?

Looking for an experienced receptionist or office manager to manage a suite at RPAH Medical Centre. You will need to have excellent initiative and be able to manage a multitude of tasks daily. The ideal candidate will have:

-1-2 Years minimum administration/PA/secretarial/office management experience (Ideally in the Health Sector)

-Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with patients and dealing with high volumes of phone calls.

-A high level of initiative. The position requires you to be able to recognise tasks that need attending to. You won't have a boss or manager looking over your shoulder or telling you what to do on a daily basis. Prior experience working in a management position is highly desirable.

-Experience in a personal assistant type role involving diary management and managing travel bookings and arrangements.

-Experience typing dictations and medical letters.

The position is full time with a yearly salary, superannuation contribution and annual leave included (dependant on experience). However for the right candidate, possibility for a part time job share role will be considered. The role requires a minimum commitment of 1 year, but would preferably suit someone looking for a long-term career in healthcare administration.
